To the south, you can see Kurseong. In the distance, you can see Teesta river and Mahananda river. Further downstream, you can see Balason river and Mechi river. Over the Chola range, you can see Chumal rhi mountain (84 miles away). The nearest wildlife sanctuary is Senchel near Tiger Hill.
